@bartonstudiosgalway member applications are now open and we are still fundraising on our gofundme.
Thank you SO much to everyone who has donated to our gofundme campaign, the studio space is currently under construction, and we are expecting to open the doors fully in late August.
We look forward to welcoming you to our bright, new and central location which will house private studios with ample storage and a common area including kitchen facilities and apple computer suite.
We are now accepting expressions of interest to for the Barton Studios, we have 4 private studio spaces available that can be applied for individual or shared use with a maximum capacity of 2 persons per studio. Applications are only accepted from 126 Gallery members – please refer to our website for more information about membership.
To apply send a basic cover letter outlining intended use and brief overview of practice, Artist CV and up to 10 examples of work, for joint applications include the same for both applicants.

We will be conducting studio viewings the second week of August.
We are still fundraising to make this possible and to ensure that the rent is affordable, and the facilities are to a high standard. Donations will go towards the fit out of the studio space and remaining funds will be used to subsidize the cost of rent – more detailed break down in the gofund me description or our last Barton Studio post.
