126 Artist-Run Gallery are now accepting applications to participate in a performance art workshop led by the renowned performance artist Sandra Corrigan Breathnach. The workshop will run from the 15th of September to the 17th of September. Workshop participants will have an opportunity to participate in Corrigan Breathnach’s Culture Night performance, Tulach, on the 18th of September and an opportunity to create solo / collaborative performance/s at the workshop outcome performance event being held on Saturday the 19th of September. *Please Note* –  Participants must be in a position to be present at the gallery for the duration of the workshop and performance events from the 15th until the 19th of September. 

Within this workshop participants will explore embodied presence and metaphysical connection, through a series of exercises designed to create cohesive performance outcomes. Building connection, with a focus on process, sound and intuitive / collaborative action.

  • A brief expression of interest (150 words max) 

Two places will be reserved for Galway based or born student/emerging performance artists. If you are applying for one of these places please state Galway based or Galway student on your application and include only the following in your application:

  • A brief expression of interest (150 words max)

Submissions are open until Monday the 20th of August.
